The Fiorino on this Fiat 127 pickup name caught us up for a minute, as we confused it with the Fiorano test track at the Ferrari manufacturing center in Maranello. Look, if you owned over 50% of Ferrari, wouldn't you be tempted to borrow just a handful of names? How about an Alfa Romeo 75 GTO? Or a Fiat 130 Coupe Lusso? Again, we were confused by a vowel and this never actually happened, but the idea is pretty amusing.
The Fiat 127 would be analogous to a Volkswagen Polo, but since the Polo was never offered in a pickup truck version, we'll compare it to the slightly larger Golf Caddy. In this comparison, the Giugiaro-bodied Golf takes the prize on design. Really, no compact from the car stands a chance against the German Golf. They squeezed the very best from Giugiaro on that design, that's for sure.

We can see spots of rust starting on the rain drip tray in the engine bay, but otherwise, we would imagine that this is one of the best Fiorinos you'll find these days. The interior appears to be cared for, and the body looks to be straight and clear of blemishes. The low mileage is likely to thank for the condition, and we wouldn't be surprised to find out that this thing was garage-kept. This engine should be relatively simple to care for in Europe, and with eBay and online parts sources, we'd guess that these aren't terrible vehicles to keep on the road.
For $10k, the value in this truck is its rarity. It's certainly less capable and less attractive than the already-rare VW Golf/Rabbit trucks here in North America, but the oddball factor is worth something. Sadly, with small badging and a staid exterior, most drivers won't even notice this interesting carryall on the road. The enjoyment will lie entirely with the owner, especially when you parallel park it between two 3/4 ton diesel trucks hogging the loading area at the Home Depot!
